On Sunday evening, as the fallout continued from the debris-throwing incident that stopped Saturday’s game between the Texas Longhorns and Georgia Bulldogs in Austin for four minutes, UT president Jay Hartzell sent a scathing letter to students after the SEC issued the school a $250,000 fine and mandated that the university identify the students responsible and suspend them from all athletics events for the remainder of the 2024-25 year.
