Life has changed seemingly overnight for fast-rising 2020 Sammamish (Wa.) Eastside Catholic running back Sam Adams II. The Washington native entered October with 14 offers to his name, but has since seen that invitation list more than double is size.
Beginning with Nebraska on Oct. 3, Adams has seen 15 offers roll in throughout the past five and a half weeks, with offers stemming from Wisconsin, Ohio State, Oregon, Michigan, LSU, Penn State, TCU, and Washington, among others. Texas, too, has jumped into the mix, as Longhorns running backs coach Stan Drayton extended the invitation on Oct. 29; an offer Adams told Burnt Orange Nation he was really excited about.
