AUSTIN -- Texas coach Tom Herman unloaded a mountainous injury report following the No. 15 Longhorns' 24-10 win over No. 16 Iowa State on Saturday night.
The biggest concern lied with sophomore quarterback Sam Ehlinger, who did not play in the second half after taking a significant hit to his throwing shoulder on a 13-yard run in the red zone in the final seconds of the second quarter.
Herman said afterward Ehlinger was diagnosed with an AC contusion in his shoulder. Ehlinger suffered a first-degree AC sprain in the same shoulder on the first series of the win over Baylor on Oct.
