Oklahoma's two representatives at the 2016 Heisman Trophy presentation left empty-handed Saturday as Louisville QB Lamar Jackson took home the hardware.
He is the youngest player to win the Heisman, edging out 2013 winner Jameis Winston by just a few days. Jackson received 2,144 points -- 620 more than Clemson QB Deshaun Watson at second (1524 points). Jackson tallied 526 first-place votes to Watson's 269.
The two Sooners -- QB Baker Mayfield and WR Dede Westbrook -- placed third and fourth in voting with 361 and 209 points, respectively. Mayfield placed fourth last season but was not invited to the presentation ceremony in New York City.
