OMAHA, Neb. – No. 9 Texas Baseball fell to Texas A&M, 10-1, in an elimination game at the College World Series on Sunday at Charles Schwab Field. The Longhorns end the season with a 47-22 record and in the College World Series for the second-consecutive season.
Texas took a 2-0 lead in the top of the second but the Aggies scored runs in four-consecutive innings to build a lead and never look back.
Austin Todd went 3-for-5 with one RBI, playing in his 208th and final game for the Longhorns. Douglas Hodo III was 1-for-3 with a double, one RBI and one run scored.
