No. 8 Baseball falls to Texas A&M Tuesday night

AUSTIN, Texas – No. 8 Texas Baseball lost to Texas A&M, 12-9, on Tuesday at UFCU Disch-Falk Field. The Longhorns (19-8) will look to rebound against rival Oklahoma this weekend at Globe Life Field in Arlington.

Trey Faltine went 2-for-4 with two home runs and three RBI. Douglas Hodo III went 1-for-3 with two RBI.

The Aggies were quick to get on the board with an RBI double and RBI single in the first. The Longhorns came back with two runs of their own to tie up the game on an RBI single by Ivan Melendez to score Eric Kennedy, and then a single by Silas Ardoin scored Melendez.
