AUSTIN, Texas — Graduate guard Sir'Jabari Rice registered a game-high 24 points to pace No. 6/5 Texas (21-6, 10-4 Big 12) to an 85-83 win in overtime against Oklahoma (13-14, 3-11 Big 12) on Saturday afternoon in Moody Center. The Longhorns improved to 14-5 under Interim Head Coach Rodney Terry, including a 7-0 mark under Terry in games decided by five points or less or in overtime.
Texas completed the regular-season sweep of the Sooners for the second-straight year with the win. The Longhorns have now won five straight and six of the last seven over Oklahoma.
