AUSTIN, Texas – No. 6 Texas Volleyball picked up its second-straight sweep, taking down Rice, 25-16, 25-21, 25-15, on Monday night at Gregory Gym.
The Longhorns (4-2) have a big week at home and will turn their attention to hosting No. 19 Ohio State on Thursday at 7 p.m. and No. 11 Washington State on Friday at 7 p.m.
Madisen Skinner had a breakout match, finishing with a season-high 19 kills with a .417 hitting percentage. Bella Bergmark also added seven kills on just nine swings and had four blocks.
Jenna Wenaas chipped in five kills, while Asjia O'Neal and Molly Phillips each had four kills.
