FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – The No. 5 Texas women's track and field program advanced nine more to the NCAA Outdoor Championships on Saturday night.
The Longhorn women advanced both relays to the championship, ensuring all four Texas relays will compete. The women of Carleta Bernard, Kevona Davis, Kenondra Davis and Dejanea Oakley ran a season-best time of 43.37 and won Heat 3 to advance to the next round.
Oakley later ran the anchor leg of the 4x400-meter relay with Lauren Lewis, Ziyah Holman and Kenondra Davis.
