Texas and Wisconsin meet for the 10th time in history and the fourth time in the postseason. The Longhorns hold a 5-4 advantage in the series and also have a slim 2-1 advantage in postseason matches. This will be the third meeting between the teams in an NCAA National Semifinal, with Texas winning in the 2020 NCAA Semifinal in Omaha and Wisconsin taking the 2013 semifinal in Seattle.
