Junior Micaya White was named Player of the Year and Logan Eggleston earned Freshman of the Year honors.
AUSTIN, Texas – No. 5 Texas Volleyball headlined the 2018 Big 12 honors after landing five Longhorns on the All-Big 12 team and earning three major awards.
Junior Micaya White was named 2018 Big 12 Player of the Year, freshman Logan Eggleston was named Big 12 Freshman of the Year, and Head Coach Jerritt Elliott was named Big 12 Coach of the Year.
Seniors Yaasmeen Bedart-Ghani and Morgan Johnson, freshman Brionne Butler, White and Eggleston earned All-Big 12 First Team honors, while Butler and Eggleston also landed on the Big 12 All-Rookie Team.
