NORMAN, Okla. – Freshman Lexi Sun posted 19 kills to lead No. 3 Texas Volleyball (16-2, 8-0) past Oklahoma (5-16, 2-6), 3-1 (24-26, 25-13, 25-18, 25-22) on Sunday afternoon at McCasland Field House.
Sun led the Longhorns with 19 kills (.333), while adding eight digs and two blocks.
Two additional Texas players finished with double-digit kills, including senior Chiaka Ogbogu and sophomore Micaya White, who both finished with 11.
Ogbogu's 11 kills came on 19 swings and only two errors for a .474 efficiency, also finishing with a team-high nine blocks.
