LUBBOCK, Texas – No. 3 Texas Volleyball (15-2, 7-0) earned its 11th sweep of the season with its victory over Texas Tech (13-7, 2-5) on Wednesday night at United Supermarkets Arena.
Three Longhorns finished with double-digit kills in the match, all hitting .424 or better.
Sophomore Micaya White led Texas in kills with 15, only committing one error for a .424 efficiency, while seniors Chiaka Ogbogu and Ebony Nwanebu chipped in 11.
Ogbogu did not commit an error on 13 swings for a career-high .846 hitting efficiency, while Nwanebu had one error on 23 swings to hit .
