AUSTIN, Texas – No. 2 Texas Rowing dominated the Longhorn Invite, collecting five victories and a runner-up result on Saturday on Walter E. Long Lake. Texas advanced six boats out of the morning preliminary session into the championship finals of the second session.
"It was a great day, although the second session provided some challenging conditions. I'm really impressed with the way all of the crews handled the racing, especially the first eight," said Texas head coach Dave O'Neill." We worked on a few things the last couple of days, and they took a big step forward.
