Boston, Mass. – Crayton Carrozza of the No. 13 Texas men's track and field program broke two records with his NCAA-leading 800m time at the Boston Terrier Classic.
His winning time of 1:48.26 broke Jonathan Jones' one-year program record by .65 seconds in his second 800m of the season. Friday's time was a new personal best for the three-time indoor All-American and set a new Boston University facility record.
