STILLWATER, Okla.— Seniors Joanne Allen-Taylor and Audrey Warren each notched 14 points Sunday to help propel No. 12/13 Texas to a 62-51 victory over Oklahoma State in their Big 12 Conference opener inside the Cowgirls' Gallagher-Iba Arena.
UT extends their win streak to seven games and improve to 10-1 overall, 1-0 Big 12 with the victory. OSU slips to 5-5, 0-1.
Allen-Taylor finished the game shooting 6-of-15 from the floor. Warren was 6-of-10 shooting and fell just one rebound shy of a double-double finishing with nine boards.
Aliyah Matharu and Rori Harmon were the other Longhorns to finish the game in double figures.
