TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – No. 11/12 Texas Football took down No. 3/3 Alabama, 34-24, on Saturday night to snap the Crimson Tide's 21-game home winning streak at Bryant-Denny Memorial Stadium.
Sophomore quarterback Quinn Ewers completed 24-of-38 passes for 349 passing yards and three touchdowns, connecting with junior wide receiver's Adonai Mitchell and Xavier Worthy.
Ja'Tavion Sanders was the Longhorns' leading receiver with five catches for 114 yards, including a 50-yard reception. Worthy caught five passes for 75 yards with one touchdown, while Mitchell had three catches for 78 yards and two touchdowns.
