AUSTIN, Texas – The University of Texas softball program wasn't the only thing returning on Wednesday night as Longhorn senior right-handed pitcher Mac Morgan was in near unhittable form as she did not allow an earned run throughout UT's 10-1 win over Texas State in five innings.
While Morgan (7-1) was perfect in the pitching circle through the game's first three frames, the Texas offense quickly rolled up 10 runs on 11 hits and one Texas State error to quickly race out to a 10-0 advantage on the scoreboard before the game eclipsed the hour mark.
