NORMAN, Okla. – The No. 1 Texas women's track and field team won its fourth consecutive Big 12 Outdoor Championships title on Sunday, while the No. 12 men finished as the runner-up.
The Texas women scored a staggering 197 points, the second-most in Big 12 history behind the Texas women in 2021 who scored 207. The men were second to Texas Tech who finished with 179 points, while the Longhorns tallied 125.50. Sunday's women's title marks the longest win streak in Texas history for both the men and women and gave head coach Edrick Floréal his 13th Big 12 trophy in 18 championship appearances.
