AUSTIN, Texas – No. 1 Texas Volleyball improved to 5-0 with a 3-0 sweep of Texas State, 25-18, 25-13, 25-13, on Tuesday night at Gregory Gymnasium.
The Longhorns hit a season-high .458 in the match, led by Skylar Fields hitting a career-best .667 in the match. The Longhorns held Texas State to a .106 hitting percentage throughout the match.
Logan Eggleston led Texas with 15 kills, hitting .538 in the match, and recording her third double-double of the season with 12 digs. Fields finished with 14 kills and added two blocks and one dig.
