MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. – The No. 1 Texas men's swimming and diving team took home the team title at the 2019 Minnesota Invite hosted by the University of Minnesota. The Longhorns put together a team score of 1182, followed by California (759.5), and Michigan (724.5) for the first three spots.
In the 1650 race, Texas saw freshman Jack Collins take third with a time of 14:45.83, while Chris Yeager followed in fourth with a time of 14.48.69.
The Longhorns went 1-2 in the 200 Backstroke with junior Austin Katz taking the title with a time of 1:37.
