AUSTIN, Texas – No. 1 Texas men's swimming and diving dominate No. 7 Georgia at home in its first SEC dual meet, 224-74. The Longhorns swept both relays and diving events to win the final home meet of 2024.
Texas swept the 200-yard medley relay with the Texas 'A' team (Will Modglin, Nate Germonprez, Ryan Branon, Luke Hobson) taking the lead with a time of 1:23.35 to move to No. 10 in the NCAA rankings. The Texas 'B' team (Kyle Peck, Will Scholtz, Aleksej Filipovic, Garrett Gould) finished as the runner-up with a time of 1:25.
