AUSTIN, Texas – The Texas track and field program won three events on the second day of the 96th Clyde Littlefield Texas Relays presented by Truist.
Leo Neugebauer and Jeremiah Nubbe had record-breaking performances to highlight the day for Texas.
Neugebauer claimed his third-straight Texas Relays decathlon title, breaking the Texas Relays record for the second year in a row with a score of 8,708 points. Neugebauer's score marks the third-best score in a decathlon in NCAA history behind his own collegiate record (8,836) and Kyle Garland of Georgia's score of 8,720 points.
