AUSTIN, Texas - The University of Texas Men's Swimming and Diving team wrapped up the third night of competition at the NCAA Championships in second-place with 329 points.
MEET NOTES
- Texas put three Longhorns in the top eight of the 200 freestyle with freshman Drew Kibler leading the UT contingent with a third-place finish, setting a new career-best (1:31.76). Townley Haas, a three-time champion in the event, took fourth while Jeff Newkirk went seventh.
- Jake Sannem took his first individual honorable mention All-American honor with a fourth-place finish in the consolation final of the 200 free (1:32.
