Men’s Swimming and Diving in second after day two at NCAA Championships

GREENSBORO, N.C. — The No. 1 University of Texas Men's Swimming and Diving team used a one-two finish by senior Jordan Windle and freshman Noah Duperre in the 1-meter diving event and claimed the 400-yard medley relay title to highlight Thursday's second day of the NCAA Championship meet at the Greensboro Aquatic Center. Texas enters day three in second place in the team standings with 203 points, just 27 behind first-place California (230). Florida (161), Georgia (116) and Texas A&M (88) round out the top five teams.

In Thursday night's final event, the quartet of senior Chris Staka, sophomore Caspar Corbeau, senior Alvin Jiang and junior Daniel Krueger earned the victory in the 400-yard medley relay in a time of 3:00.
