HOCKLEY, Texas – The Texas Men's golf program finished fourth at the Big 12 Match Play Tournament after dropping the third-place match to Oklahoma, 3-2-1, on Sunday at The Clubs at Houston Oaks. The Longhorns scored victories from sophomore Mason Nome (3&2) and junior Pierceson Coody (3&2) with junior Cole Hammer earning a half-point in the fourth match off.
Texas returns to action at the Maridoe Collegiate Invitational, Oct. 18-20, at the Maridoe Golf Club in Carrollton, Texas. Live results will be available at Golfstat.com.
