AUSTIN, Texas – Four Longhorns scored in double-figures to lead Texas Men's Basketball past No. 20/19 West Virginia, 87-79, in overtime on Saturday afternoon at the Erwin Center. The contest marked the fourth top-20 win for UT at the Erwin Center and the seventh overtime contest of the season, setting a single-season school record.
Junior guard Kerwin Roach II and freshman guard Matt Coleman led Texas in scoring, both tying their career-highs with 22 points. Roach connected on 8-of-10 free throws, while also matching a career-high mark with eight assists, while Coleman dished out three assists and brought down three boards.
