AUSTIN, Texas — Graduate forward Dylan Disu recorded a game-high 28 points and 10 rebounds, but Texas (15-8, 4-6 Big 12) dropped a 70-65 decision to No. 14/14 Iowa State (17-5, 6-3 Big 12) on Tuesday night at Moody Center. The contest marked the sixth-straight game for the Longhorns against an AP Top 25 opponent, a first in program history, and Texas concluded the stretch with a 3-3 mark that included wins over No. 9 Baylor, at No. 11 Oklahoma and at No. 25 TCU.
Disu converted 10-of-19 field goals, including 3-of-6 threes, and 5-of-5 free throws to go along with three steals, two blocks and two assists in 31 minutes.
