AUSTIN, Texas — Senior guard Kerwin Roach II recorded a game-high 23 points to lead The University of Texas Men's Basketball team (11-7, 3-3 Big 12) past No. 20/19 Oklahoma 75-72 on Saturday night at the Frank Erwin Center. Texas improved to 4-0 in home games against the Sooners (13-5, 2-4 Big 12) under head coach Shaka Smart, including three wins when OU was ranked in the AP Top 20.
Roach connected on 9-of-16 from the floor, including 3-of-6 from three-point range, and added 8 rebounds. Senior forward Dylan Osetkowski notched his fifth double-double of the season, recording 15 points and 11 rebounds.
