CLEMSON, S.C. – Texas track and field swept the 60m dash finals at the Tiger Paw Invite on Friday night.
Junior Marcellus Moore won the men' 60m dash with a time of 6.61 seconds, moving into the No. 3 spot on the Texas all-time performer list. In his second meet as a Longhorn, Moore matched his season-best time of 7.71 in the prelims before hitting 6.67 seconds in the semifinals. His finals time also matches the seventh-fastest time in program history.
On the women's side, Julien Alfred continued her dominant season with a winning time of 7.
