Nearly 1,000 women participate in Saturday’s event which featured demonstrations and on-field drills
Nearly 1,000 female Texas football fans now have a better idea what it's like to participate in a Longhorns practice.
Head coach Charlie Strong held his second annual women's clinic - Sweatin' with Strong - on Saturday.
The five-hour clinic was part demonstration, but mostly centered around on-field drills for 950 women of all ages.
Following 90 minutes of presentations and a player question-and-answer session inside Darrell K Royal-Texas Memorial Stadium, the group took to the field for approximately three hours.
