Another freshman big man is heading from the 40 Acres to the professional ranks, as Mo Bamba announced his decision to enter the NBA Draft on Tuesday afternoon.
"After an incredibly rewarding year at The University of Texas, I will not be returning to school as I will be entering the NBA Draft," Bamba said in a statement.
Bamba came to Austin as the nation's No. 3 recruit per the 247Sports Composite. In his lone season with the burnt orange, Bamba tallied 12.9 points along with 10.5 rebounds and 3.5 blocks. The latter two stats led the Big 12 in 2017-18.
