Earlier this week, it was announced that Texas Longhorns offensive lineman Kelvin Banks has been named a semifinalist for the Outland Trophy, as well as a finalist for the Lombardi Award. Banks is the first Longhorn in more than two decades to be named a finalist for the latter honor.
