On3 recently sat down with Texas Longhorns running back legend Ricky Williams to discuss his history with cannabis following the NCAA’s decision to lift its ban on marijuana use. Williams claims he didn’t try cannabis for the first time until his senior season at Texas. In fact, he points to cannabis as a reason for his success that season, when, in 1998, Williams’ more than 2,000 yards rushing and 27 touchdowns earned him the Heisman Trophy.
