Texas Longhorns defensive coordinator Pete Kwiatkowski has been named a finalist for this year’s Broyles Award, which is given to the nation’s top NCAA coordinator each year. On top of that, and undoubtedly best of all for Texas, offensive lineman Kelvin Banks Jr. was awarded the Lombard Award, which is reserved for the nation’s top big guy in the trenches.
