Texas Longhorns backup quarterback Arch Manning has been treated like a stud ever since the moment he could grip a football. The youngest of the Manning dynasty (so far) attended a small high school in New Orleans, where the big plays often came down to him.

But that’s changed as part of his development at Texas, Manning said, according to On3.

“Not trying to make too many plays on our own,” Manning said of his development. “Let the offense come to me, get it in the playmaker’s hands and just trying to get better each day.
