Texas Longhorns athletic director Chris Del Conte has become a fixture in Texas athletics culture. That’s look to remain the case for a long time coming, too, as Del Conte recently spoke up about his lack of interest in the newly available USC Trojans athletic director job.
“I have no interest in any other job,” Del Conte said, per the Austin American-Statesman. “Who you work for matters. I work for an incredible president [Jay Hartzell] who is taking Texas to new heights. I’m blessed to be here.”
