ESPN NFL Draft analyst Mel Kiper recently shared his opinion on what he would do if he were in Texas Longhorns quarterback Quinn Ewers’ shoes. “Arch Manning is going to be the quarterback at Texas next year. So if you want to play college football, you probably have to move on somewhere.
