With J.P. Urquidez going off the board earlier in the week to Baylor, Joe Wickline was back to the drawing board on his hunt for offensive lineman for the 2016 recruiting class. After taking some time evaluating all options, Charlie Strong and his staff decided to extend offers to the Mineloa twins Riley and Austin Anderson.
After taking a large offensive line class in 2015, Texas can afford to be selective with who they take in 2016. While the staff will most certainly recruits guys like Greg Little, Patrick Hudson, and Jean Delance until the ink is dry, they will need to put other lines in the water so they won’t get behind the eight ball.
