Unless one really takes hold of the starting quarterbacks reigns in fall practice, Charlie Strong expects Tyrone Swoopes and Jerrod Heard to both play against Notre Dame.
The key for Texas will be in finding a balance — if Strong doesn’t want to play musical chairs, he has to decide how often the two will switch.
