INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – The University of Texas divers took the combined team title and the women's team title at the 2019 USA Diving Nationals held at the IU Natatorium from May 16-26. The Longhorns secured eight medals throughout the week and Murphy Bromberg and Alison Gibson qualified to represent the United States at the World Championships in Gywangju, South Korea July that runs from July 12-28.
Bromberg was the top medal winner for the Longhorns with a trio of top three finishes. The 2019 NCAA champion on platform earned the bid to the World Championships with a gold medal on platform synchro.
