Dallas' Kramer Hickok, who caddied for buddy Jordan Spieth at the 2011 Byron Nelson, and UT-Arlington alum Paul McConnell of Garland will make their first PGA Tour starts Thursday at the Shell Houston Open.
Hickok, who played at Trinity Christian Academy-Addison, joined his former Texas roommate in the SHO field by surviving a three-way playoff for the final two open qualifying spots Monday.
