The narrative surrounding Texas football can change pretty quickly.
Just over a month ago, former players, fans and media called for the end of head coach Charlie Strong's tenure at Texas. But after the team beat then-No. 8 Baylor and Texas Tech the past two weeks, Strong's stock in Austin is on the up swing.
The Austin-American Statesman's Kirk Bohls wrote Tuesday he thinks Strong could be in line for a contract extension if he finishes the season on a high note.
"This is how fluid Charlie Strong's situation at Texas is," Bohls said.
