Just short of two years ago, Kevin Durant made the often-criticized decision to leave the Oklahoma City Thunder and join the Golden State Warriors.
Now, he is standing atop the basketball world for the second time after winning yet another NBA Championship and Finals MVP award, each are his second in as many seasons. Durant and the Warriors completed the series sweep of the Cleveland Cavaliers after winning on the road 108-85. A true dynasty has begun with Golden State cruising to its third NBA title in four seasons, joining only the Boston Celtics, Los Angeles Lakers, and Chicago Bulls as the four franchises to ever do so.
