Jordan Spieth's new house is way cooler than wherever you lived at 21

Remember: He should still be in Austin splitting an apartment with three or four roommates

Still feel like criticizing one-and-done athletes? SportsDay DFW has a a 40-picture slideshow that takes you on a tour of former Longhorn Jordan Speith's new Dallas area home, and it's something you need to see.

His new Preston Hollow-area palace is valued at $2.3 million -- which is probably worth $2.29 million more than wherever you and I were living at Speith's age. The Masters champ made around $12.6 million in off-the-course earnings alone last year. That doesn't even factor in the earnings bump he'll receive from his newfound nationwide fame or what he's made on the course.
