Jordan Spieth is strongly in contention at 10-under par heading into the weekend

Professional golf is back. The PGA Tour officially returned to action this week at the Charles Schwab Challenge in Fort Worth. After two rounds of play, Jordan Spieth has positioned himself near the top of the leaderboard entering this weekend. The Dallas native is starting to play like himself again back in his home state.

For the second straight day, Spieth carded a 65, good for 10-under par. He had eight birdies and hit 13 of 14 fairways today. Depending on how this afternoon’s group finishes, Spieth should be playing in one of the final groups on Saturday.
