The "Hook 'em" hand sign is Texas' biggest, most famous tradition. On Tuesday, multiple Longhorns did not take kindly when asked about the numerous West Virginia players who decided to throw the Horns down during Saturday's 42-41 loss to the Mountaineers in Austin.
"We don't disrespect any other schools by throwing the signs down or anything like that," junior wide receiver Lil'Jordan Humphrey said. "It bothers us a lot because, I mean, we take pride and what we do in that logo.
