The travels between two contenders in the AFC South took an interesting turn for the former star running back of the Texas Longhorns football program on Aug. 5. After reportedly getting released from the Houston Texans, their AFC South division rival Indianapolis Colts picked up D’Onta Foreman.
The potential always seemed to be there for Foreman to succeed with the Texans. But no one was really able to solidify the starting running back spot consistently since the Arian Foster-era ended, possibly outside of Lamar Miller. But Foreman couldn’t do enough to stick around on the Texans roster when it was all said and done.
