It’s arguably the biggest week of the season for the No. 21 Texas Longhorns, heading into the Cotton Bowl to take on the rival No. 6 Oklahoma Sooners with a chance to gain control of the conference race in the process.
The Sooners came out on top in the last two matchups in Dallas and three straight head-to-head matchups over the Longhorns if you count the 2018 Big 12 Championship game. Texas is 4-1 and undefeated to start Big 12 play, taking on 5-0 Oklahoma, who have looked a bit shaky to open the season.
