FORT WORTH - TCU has received so much praise for its competitive loss to Ohio State that coach Gary Patterson delivered an obvious reminder Tuesday.
"We don't have moral victories around here anymore," Patterson said at his weekly press conference. "When you start doing that, then you might as well decide you want to lose. They're all saying that because they were surprised. For some reason, they thought we were terrible."
Nope, No. 17 TCU isn't terrible.
And while the Horned Frogs may have made some converts with the Ohio State game, Patterson repeated that if he could only win one game of the two between the Buckeyes and Longhorns, it would be the one Saturday in Austin.
